Jean Baptiste has over forty years’ experience in the agro-industry and has held various managerial positions, namely Production Manager at Food and Allied Industries Ltd and Diversification Officer at the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture.

Mr Bernard MONTOCCHIO
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Bernard holds a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural marketing & Business Administration and has over 40 years’ experience in aviculture.

Mr Emmanuel WIEHE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Emmanuel holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Africa and Higher National Certificate in Poultry Production from the Scottish Agricultural College. He joined the Company in June 1999 as Farm Manager and held the position of Production Manager for several years before his appointment as General Manager in July 2011 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2013.

Mr Hedley BALANCY
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Hedley holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing & Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He joined the Company as Accountant in September 1987 and currently occupies the post of Finance and Administrative Manager.

Mr Johann MONTOCCHIO
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Johann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing & Management) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) International from the University of Curtin in Australia. He joined the Company in November 2012 as Business Development Officer.

Mr Guillaume CHASTEAU DE BALYON
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Guillaume holds a Diploma in Marketing management as well as general management program certificate done with Essec Business School. He is currently the General Manager of Fortek Group of Companies.

Mr David MONTOCCHIO
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. He is currently the Head of Finance for Les Villas de Bel Ombre Ltée, the promoter of Heritage Villas Valriche.
