Duties:
- Plan and organise daily delivery routes and schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, commercial travellers, and vehicle assistants to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle compliance with safety standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Ensure all transport activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process customer orders and prepare loads for dispatch.
- Ensure all delivery documentation and paperwork are accurate and completed on time.
- Improve delivery route efficiency and optimise vehicle utilisation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and enhance service quality.
- Monitor driver and vehicle assistant behaviour, delivery safety practices, and vehicle condition.
Profile:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- A Diploma or Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards would be an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.

Duties:
- Work as part of a team and participate in daily farming, hatchery, packing plant and quality operations.
- Observe bird behaviour and report any abnormalities.
- Work with farm, hatchery and packing plant equipment and report any faults observed.
- Follow good farming, hatchery, packing plant and quality practices.
- Ensure proper product handling and storage practices, and avoid wastage.
- Respect biosecurity and hygiene protocols across different workplaces.
- Ensure instructions are followed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist the supervisory team with their respective tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Assist the veterinarian and technical staff during farm visits and follow given instructions.

Duties:
- Ensure that the Accounts Payable division runs smoothly
- Oversee daily processing of invoices, purchase orders and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide final control over payment process flow (local & foreign related transactions)
- Review and report monthly on unpresented cheques listing, unallocation listing, deposits and prepayments and other Accounts Payable related accounts in the balance sheet
- Report on and monitor the Creditors Aging Report
- Develop, implement and enforce Accounts Payable policies and internal controls
- Prepare and review weekly cashflow report
- Arrange for buying of forex deals with local institutions
- Participate actively to new projects pertaining to the optimisation of the current department process flows and digitalisation projects

Duties:
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005
- Monitor environmental protection indicators and advise Management on any issues
- Carry out regular occupational safety and health audits to identify risks to safety and health, assess the need for preventive measures and advise Management accordingly
- Make regular inspections on the different company premises
- Organise and carry out fire drills at least once yearly
- Apply for relevant permits
- Recommend on specifications of suitable and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Compile all injury statistics and report to management on a monthly basis
- Design and implement appropriate training programmes to promote safety culture
- Review any measure, method, procedure or technique adopted to ensure occupational safety and health.
Profile:
- Holder of a valid driving licence
- Good knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act 2005 and related legislations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Good leadership and organisational skills - Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management or alternative equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years’ working experience as a registered Safety & Health Officer
