Building on this success, Kokiriki established a dedicated factory specializing in the production of 100% vegan cold-cuts, meats, delicatessen, and seafood products. A passionate team operates three production lines, utilizing a diverse range of high-quality ingredients such as peas, millet, acacia, chicory, manioc, soy, potatoes, and radishes.
