With a rich history spanning three decades, Kokiriki has been at the forefront of plant-based product development. Originally focusing on plant-based cheeses for industrial applications, the founding family’s expertise paved the way for the creation of the first brand of plant-based cheeses available through retail distribution in France and internationally.
Building on this success, Kokiriki established a dedicated factory specializing in the production of 100% vegan cold-cuts, meats, delicatessen, and seafood products. A passionate team operates three production lines, utilizing a diverse range of high-quality ingredients such as peas, millet, acacia, chicory, manioc, soy, potatoes, and radishes. Kokiriki’s philosophy revolves around nutrition, prioritizing the creation of products that promote health and well-being.
